    Follow up Consults for Non-Members (~30-45 min consult)
    Valid for 7 days
    • Medical Eval, Consult, and Treatment Plan
    • Office-Based procedures (small fee based on procedure type)

  • Non-Member DOT Exam

    DOT Physical for Non-Members
    Valid for 7 days
    • Not including drug testing
    • One time fee if completed within 45 day reporting deadline

Private Pay Medical Services

Private Pay Medical Services Available to Non-members to be paid for at each visit/consult.

No walk-ins. Must call clinic to schedule and see if any same day appointment are available.

Labs billed separately at low cost. Office-based procedures available  for small fee to cover cost of supplies based on each specific procedure.
